Draft Wheelchairs have been manufacturing wheelchairs slowly by hand since 1997. When manufacturing a bespoke wheelchair the process starts with a comprehensive client assessment. This allows us to develop a detailed customer profile. Whilst we love manufacturing bespoke daychairs, if a standard (off the shelf) model with a few adjustments will provide a perfect solution then we are happy to be able offer this as a solution. Our assessment team and in house engineers are able to adapt / modify off the shelf models which can often provide a more cost effective solution.
If a bespoke daychair is the only solution then this process starts with a comprehensive assessment. This process can take several hours so we always suggest that you book an assessment in advance. Once all the measurements and evaluations have taken place ) we can develop engineering drawings  to allow for manufacture and accurate pricing.
